A research firm built by operatives, engineered by data scientists.
Stealth Analytics was founded in Phoenix to close the gap between field-ready political judgment and rigorous quantitative research. We serve campaigns, advocacy organizations, and public affairs firms that need answers defensible enough to publish and sharp enough to act on.

We translate raw voter data into decisions.
Good research is a chain of defensible choices — how the frame is drawn, how missingness is handled, how weights are constructed, how crosstabs are thresholded. We show that chain in every deliverable, because the people we brief need to justify what they do next.
Our workflow integrates public-record voter files, custom panel recruitment, and live telephone and online fielding, all coordinated through a Python-based data pipeline built in-house. The same pipeline that powers our public polling drives the production of persuasion universes, scenario modeling, and targeted field plans for private clients.
The result is a unified research practice where nothing gets lost in translation between the analyst writing the weighting script and the operative walking the candidate through the numbers.
How we build a defensible number.
Four disciplines anchor every project we ship — from a three-question omnibus to a six-figure modeling engagement.
Frame & Sample Construction
We build respondent frames directly from state voter files augmented with commercial and behavioral attributes. Samples are stratified to hit pre-registered weighting targets — not loosened after fielding.
Custom Weighting Methodology
Raking against Secretary of State registration counts, CPS education distributions, and a proprietary turnout propensity score calibrated on two full cycles of validated vote history.
Multi-Model Ensembles
Support, persuasion, and turnout models are produced as independent ensembles (GBM + logistic stack) so that no single model dominates a strategic recommendation.
Strategy Translation
Results move from topline to action through structured strategy memos: persuasion universes, contact cadences, and media-mix guidance grounded in the same data.
The difference is in who reads the output.
Operators at the table
Our founders have run field operations, built voter files, and briefed candidates on the night before election day. We know what a memo needs to do.
Arizona fluency
From Maricopa precincts to rural Mohave and Pima, we speak the language of Arizona's political geography. We don't treat the state as a monolith.
Non-partisan discipline
We work across issue coalitions and both sides of the aisle under strict separation-of-engagement protocols. Our reputation is the product.
