Derek Weech is the Principal and Founder of Stealth Analytics, where he builds the voter data, models, and targeting that Republican campaigns run on. He currently serves as Political and Data Director for the Arizona Republican Party, where he directs the party’s political program and, behind a standing client firewall, runs voter file operations, turnout modeling, and microtargeting for the state party.
Weech has spent more than a decade in political data, with work in nineteen states and a specialty in Arizona. In 2020, 2022, and 2024 he ran the field and data program for the Republican Legislative Victory Fund that held the Arizona House and Senate in all three. He is running it again in 2026. As Director of Political and Data Operations at Camelback Strategy Group, he led a petition operation that gathered more than 450,000 signatures across several jurisdictions at once, and placed 47 candidates on the ballot in under three months, from federal races down to city council. He built and trained the canvassing teams behind more than half a million doors.
On the research side, Weech has run the analytics on more than 50 statewide and district polls as a Senior Data Analyst at Pulse Decision Science, developing likely voter and turnout models, persuasion and GOTV universes, and the weighting and reporting systems behind them.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University. A lifelong Arizonan, Weech was raised in Gilbert, where he lives today and has served as a Precinct Committeeman since 2019. Faith and family come first.
